Dating & Valentine's Day

In this episode, Pearse and Todd, along with their wives, Taryn and Jenn, discuss expectations surrounding Valentine's Day and dating. Should it be up to the guy to plan and pursue? Are you supposed to "fake it till you make it," as Married Love seems to indicate, even when the date or gift flopped? They also debate--sometimes heatedly--what makes a good date. Todd and Jenn offer some dating hacks for couples with kids, and all four reflect on their unmarried dating days and lessons they learned.

Love Languages with Calvin

In this episode, we return to the concept of love languages. We ask Calvin, a theologian and trained counselor, how we can use this concept to better our lives. We discus how it can help someone in a relationship, but also single people and widows. We also ask if God has a love language, as well as if love languages can be abused. What's your love language, and how can this help you in your life?

Love Languages

Chris, Malcolm, Pearse, and Todd discuss the Five Love Languages. Do people express love in different ways? What can we do to show those around us that we truly love them? How much of the responsibility of communication of love rest with the talker, and how much with the listener. Tell us what you think in the comments section of the website. Thanks for listening!
