Dating & Valentine's Day
Monday, February 14, 2011
In this episode, Pearse and Todd, along with their wives, Taryn and Jenn, discuss expectations surrounding Valentine's Day and dating. Should it be up to the guy to plan and pursue? Are you supposed to "fake it till you make it," as Married Love seems to indicate, even when the date or gift flopped? They also debate--sometimes heatedly--what makes a good date. Todd and Jenn offer some dating hacks for couples with kids, and all four reflect on their unmarried dating days and lessons they learned.

A good sign, I've come to look forward to your intro music.
Thanks for keeping it exciting and changing up the topics and participants. Nice to have some female voices.
Valentines is a bad idea and I can prove it. It makes half the population feel bad about the fact that they are single. And it makes half of the remaining population stressed and liable to feel that they are failures at manhood. That's 3 out of 4 against it.
Thanks to my wife. She doesn't demand Valentines attention from me and instead she served our family steak last night. Its very kind of her to take the pressure off me on Feb 14. But now I need to find another random time to celebrate her...
